For all appointments, we require credit/debit card details which may be used to deduct any cancellation or no -show fees.
If you do not wish for us to securely hold your credit/debit card, you may be asked to pay a deposit to hold your booking.
If you do not provide either a deposit or credit card details, we cannot secure or confirm your booking.
All deposits are non-refundable - in the case you cancel your appointment with sufficient notice, the deposit will revert to a credit on your account that can be used at a later date.
We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you give us 24+hrs notice so we can accommodate other clients.
*For appointments of 1.5hrs or longer require 48hrs notice.
Cancellation charges:
- Less than 24hrs notice incurs a 50% fee of the total booking value.
- Less than 3hrs notice or no notice incurs a 100% fee of the total booking value. (No Show)
- Long appointments - Less than 48hrs notice incurs a 50% fee of the total booking value.
- Long appointments - Less than 3hrs notice or no notice incurs a 100% fee of the total booking value. (No Show)
Any deposits paid or gift vouchers used to secure an appointment cancelled within our policy terms will be considered redeemed and are non-refundable.
If you cannot make it to your appointment and do not wish to be charged, you may find someone to take your place at the appointment. All you need to do is let us know the details of who will be attending.
Please note, if you leave a voicemail outside of business hours we will not receive it until the next morning we open and your notice will be counted from when we receive the message at the time we open.

- Changes to appointments
We understand that things may change and you may not require all of your booked services. We ask that you provide us 24hrs notice of any changes to booked appointments as this may change the time frame for your booking and may allow other clients to book in.
If you do not provide sufficient notice, you will still be charged for the booked services you chose not to receive.
For example, if you book an eyebrow and lip wax, you arrive to your appointment and decide to only have the eyebrow wax, you will still be charged for the lip wax as well.
We understand that sometimes life happens and you may be running late to your appointment. If this is the case, we ask that you phone us to advise us you are on the way and an estimated time of arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive late to an appointment, your appointment will still finish in the designated time slot which may mean your treatment may be cut short. If you arrive late and your treatment is shortened to finish on time, you will still be charged full price of your original scheduled appointment. If you arrive late to your appointment and we can no longer fit you in for your treatment, it will be considered a no-show appointment.
All regular gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
Vouchers won as a prize or a donation have a 3 month expiry date.
Vouchers are valid for services only.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed on special offers or discounted treatments.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
VOUCHERS CANNOT BE REDEEMED BETWEEN DECEMBER 15TH THROUGH TO DECEMBER 31ST.
**Please note, extensions will not be offered for expired vouchers, no exceptions.
