As Senior Therapist and Salon Manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a calm, friendly presence to the salon. She thrives on building genuine connections with clients and takes pride in helping people feel relaxed, confident, and looked after from the moment they walk through the door.

Always up for a challenge, Samantha enjoys learning new techniques and keeping up with the latest industry trends. 

When she’s not ensuring the salon runs smoothly, you’ll find her sharing a laugh with clients and the team while delivering treatments with her signature attention to detail.

Abby has been part of the Ultimate team for several years and has developed strong skills across all areas of beauty therapy. As a Qualified Therapist and Junior Manager, she brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a friendly presence to the salon. She prides herself on helping clients look and feel fabulous, creating a comfortable and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door.

With a keen interest in skincare, Abby enjoys helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin while continuing to expand her knowledge and skills within the industry.
